ALPHA-PRAXIS (NIGERIA) LTD. is a private limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria in 1998 as a provider of Integrated Engineering, Information & Communication Technology and Procurement Services.
In 1999, the company was registered by the Federal Works Registration Board both as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Contractor under category “D”, which qualifies it to undertake contracts of any size in its field. Also, in the same year, the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) registered the company as Construction Services Engineering Contractors-civil, electrical and mechanical. This is a pre-requisite for registration by the International Oil Companies operating in Nigeria as a contractor. This has been upgraded to “Major Construction Services – Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering” under “Special Category”
The company has also been pre-qualified by NIPEX under the Nigerian Joint Qualification Scheme (NJQS) for 23 products and services.
ALPHA-PRAXIS is registered with various Federal Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies in its areas of operations. The company’s clientele include Federal Government of Nigeria, Federal Government Agencies, State Governments as well as Private Companies.
In addition, the company has relationships with several on-shore and off-shore input manufacturers. These include NEXANS-NOCACO Cables Limited, NEXANS- KAbelmetal Nigeria PLC, MicCom Cables and Wires Limited, Schneider Electric, Sartra Limited (UK), KEI Industries PVT Limited (India), Metalscreen SPA (Italy), etc.
