Alpha-Praxis recently won through a competitive bid, a contract for the Renovation and Upgrade of Grace Court Estate, Lagos, worth about US$6.70 million . The scope of the works include demolition and construction of a block of four (4) nos. terrace houses, renovation and upgrade of existing 24 nos. terraced houses and extensive external works. Overall, the works involve civil, mechanical and electrical installations.

In addition, the company secured contract for Finishing Services at the World Trade Centre, Abuja being built by the Churchgate Group.
